ticket availability

I would like to change the minimum tickets available before the "sold out" message appears on line and on our mobile site.  I've looked in vain in T_Defaults, T_NEW_Site_Controls, etc., but can't seem to find an answer.  Help!

  • I was speaking gobblygook before.  Here is the problem:  when we have single tickets only  available for an event, the web will show it as sold out.  It will only show as on sale if there is (at least) a pair available.  How do I override that?
