Has anyone found a way to apply a maximum rank to an allocation code as well as minimum rank?
We are hoping to have this happen in orders for both web and operators. Ideal scenario - a customer must have a ranking that meets the minimum rank as specified in Season Maintenance, but also cannot be seated in the section if their ranking exceeds a certain value.
I will also post this in technical as I wonder if I will have to customize the best seat function? Any ideas welcomed.

I believe you'd be able to accomplish this online by attaching your allocations to a MOS, and then setting up an MOS switch based on ranking in the TR_WEB_RANKING table. When the patron with the specified ranking logs in, the switch should happen automatically and give them access to those seats.
In terms doing something similar for your operators, I'm stumped. Unless they're being shown the ranking in the patron's header when the account is pulled up, you could have a script made for anyone within said range to be given a constituency. This should notify your operator to make the allocation switch. Outside of that I'm not sure, as that was how we did it for our summer jazz series last season.
