I'm sure this one has done the rounds in the past and I've found similar chats like this - http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Community/forums/t/11484.aspx however I'm not aware if anyone has actually nailed this or not (and the discussion is often around groups bookings, rather than individual ones).
Our box office managers spend quite a bit of time reserving and chasing payment for bookings from our company members, agents, industry people etc. Once we confirm the booking, we then need to process payment for those tickets over the phone. We usually want to choose exactly where these people should sit and sometimes this is in house seats holds (unbreakable on the web).
Does anyone have something in place that allows people to pay for their reservations online? Some magical combination of auto generated promo codes / allocations / special log ons / MOS/ Constituencies perhaps?
I'm guessing there's a ton of customisation work that comes along with something like this, if it is even possible...

Yes – Roundhouse (and all Made Media clients) have this option. I believe it’s called ‘Order to pay’. But it’s built into Blocks Office, which is Made Media’s custom integration. I’m not certain you’d see it advertised on the Roundhouse website; it’s more activated by e-mail as necessity requires.
I’m not aware of a similar function being set up on a different system, but I for one would love to see it brought into TNEW at some point!
