We're looking to invite pass holders from a local film festival in to our venue to see the movies that we're screening during the festival. Trouble is, they won't already have tickets for the event and we would love to track their attendance.
I was hoping someone out there might have some suggestions on how best to approach this.
My thoughts would be to provide our FOH staff with tickets that can either be scanned (N-Scan) or dropped into a ticket receptacle to be scanned at a later date. The hardest part of this, of course, is guesstimating the number of pass holders that might show up.
Our box office, like so many, is small and cramped and I would hate to force the pass holders to come into the box office to collect a ticket if they can gain access with their pass. I fear that it could severely impact paying customers and the start of the screening.
Any advice, insight, experience, suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
