Our Education Director wants to send emails to teachers who are bringing students to a specific performance. We've been using the school as the constituent, the teacher is the initiator. Is there a way for me to pull that list?
If not, is there another way we should be entering these orders so that they're still attached/associated with the school but we can pull the teacher contact information easily?

Hi Kathleen,
If your organization is using the new, standardized Ticket History screen, you can use the Ticket History Const Role criterion to find the initiators on school orders. You can find the details here.
If your organization is not using the standardized Ticket History, they may have still updated your custom history to include Order Role data and then added criteria to use that data. You would have to talk to your internal system admin to find out.
Finally, even if you don’t have the order role data currently accessible, you can pull a list of the schools with orders for the performance in question and then use the Advanced Relationship Options to swap in the affiliated teachers. It’s possible you might end up with some affiliated teachers who aren’t coming to that performance (if a school that is coming has multiple teachers on file), so you’d want to proof the final list before sending out the email. Kevin, is there a standard report like Single Order Listing that have new Initiator field included in the output? When different classes from the same school arrive , it is very helpful to see Initiator name associated with a particular grade.
