Force a PAH Job?

Good afternoon,

We have an order that was booked as seated, unpaid on 12/2/14 that was set to Hold at Box Office pending payment.  We received payment today, changed the delivery method to PAH and proceeded to pay off the order.  It has been over 30 minutes and the PAHTS has not picked this order up.

Would anyone happen to know the logic behind this?  I'm assuming it should have been set to PAH from the start, but with the tickets having not been printed prior I would think that the PAHTS would pick it up and print it.

At this stage I think my only option would be to print them to a Null printer, flip the switch on PAH Reprints and request a reprint.  Once that has run I would then want to turn off PAH Reprints as a safety measure.

Has anyone else encountered this, or is there a way to force the PAHTS to pick up this order?

  • There is a value in TessituraPrintServer.exe.config labeled "DaysInThePast". If that were set to, say, 14, your PAH service would ignore an order from 12/2. 

    Worth checking, perhaps. A setting I've been bitten by before...

    We would use the 'printing to a null printer' trick to force the reprint option to be available too.

    Something else we spotted was that if we added an email address to a constituent record after we selected PAH as the delivery method, we needed to open up Alt Adr and double click on the email address in order to send the tickets via email.
