We need to run subscription rollover to send out blind faith renewal notices prior to actual concerts dates being set. I've looked at the documentation on this and have set-up dummy packages and run rollover to capture season ticket holder's correct seats that are to be reflected on renewal notices. Easy enough....
Now... once the real concert dates and packages are set, what would be the best way to transition patrons who have not renewed for the dummy packages into the real packages? Should the Seat_Cancellation report be executed and rollover run again?
