Hello everyone,
I might be missing something really obvious here but we have performances in a package which have required sales notes.
The required sales notes work fine for the performances individually but, if the performances are in a package, rather than being red, the info button in the ticket order screen is yellow and the sales notes aren't forced.
Can anyone help and show me what I've missed?

As far as I know there is no ability to add sales notes to a package - as you say, sales notes are only available on individual performances.

Michele is correct, however if you check the required button on the first performance in the package, the info button will appear red and be required when you pull that package. Obviously that also affects that specific performance as well, but at that point it's just about determining which is more important to you, that the sales notes be read for packages or that they be optional for that individual performance.

Just checked and having required notes on the first performance doesn't make the sales note box required in the order. It pulls through the sales note, but doesn't force it to the user.
Interesting. It does for me. Maybe it's a version thing? We're still running V11.
