Hey all -
We've been getting some feedback from our patrons regarding our PAHT order confirmations not indicating information about when they will get the email with the attachment. We're currently using TNEW for our website, so our options for adding text via the LTR_TNEW_EMAIL_SETTINGS system tables are restricted to only our HABO delivery method. Short of adding a LTR_TNEW_DYN_EMAIL_CONTENT line for every production season or price type for both HTML and Text, I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this situation and if they have any work around ideas for this?
Essentially we'd like to add a line of text in our email confirmations for PAHT delivery methods, but with TNEW settings we're having a hard time figuring out a way to add it in a simple manner that will not effect every email or require micromanaging it for every event.

Unfortunately there is not an easy solution for this. The easiest solution, assuming you used TNEW as well, would be them adding a Page Name under the LTR_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_CONTENT table similar to the "TNEW_HABOOnlyText" one they have in place. Unfortunately what would be easiest for us is not necessarily the easiest or highest priority on their upgrade list so since this doesn't exist however there are a couple of workarounds you could use, but none of them are easy fixes. The best way to use a workaround entirely depends on how you're event building is set up, but each solution ultimately comes down to building multiple rows in the LTR_TNEW_DYN_EMAIL_CONTENT table as a blanket to catch every event you use PAHT for. This has it's drawbacks, ultimately leading to a lot more work to set up and properly maintain. I've resorted to adding some (almost entirely ignored) text to our standard confirmation that links to a page giving information about our multiple delivery methods.
