We are on v11 and are interested in offering customers a discount based on the number of performances they purchase.
For example: If you buy 3 performances you receive 5% off, if you buy 4-6 you receive 10%, if you buy 7-9 you receive 15% etc.
Are there any organizations who are currently offering this type of discounting? If yes, how are you set up for web, phone and mail orders?
We were thinking of multiple flex packages, however that will not suffice for phone sales. Customers order and can add or remove performances at any time throughout the conversation. We would appreciate your experience. Thanks!!!!
