Is anyone else experiencing that Chrome isn't deleting customers' Tessitura session cookies when they close their browser?
We're not 100% sure of the total impact of this except that anecdotally we've had some customers report that they've put tickets in their basket but the basket page does not display them (yet they're purple in Tessitura) and that they cannot see the most up to date availability (which is a problem for busy on sales).
