Dinner and a show

Hi everybody!  We are trying to set up a family pack that includes tickets to a performance and a dinner voucher.  I have set this up as a flex package with the 3 performances they can choose in one performance group and the dinner vouchers in another performance group built on our general admission map.  Odd thing is, I can purchase this package online, pull up and seat the order in Tessitura but when I try to sell the package directly in Tessitura it wont allow it.  It gives me an error about price types but I've allowed the price types in the performance and dinner voucher as available in the mode of sale I am trying to use and the user groups who would need access to it.  What am I missing?

  • Jennifer,

I believe that you might be having an issue due to different price types in each performance.  If you change the Dinner voucher to Adult/Child price types to mimic the other performance does that work?   The error is about mixed prices.   See if that doesn't help.

  • That was it, thanks Sandra!
