I have a composite-ticketed flex package configured with a number of different groups -- some groups are optional. I am trying to figure out what I need to do if someone releases their seat for one of these optional performance groups.
It appears what I need to do is to go to the seat map, find the seat in the performance I want to release, and return it -- but this does not prompt a re-print of the composite ticket, and I am unable to deselect the perf from the "Flex" selection screen--I get some variation of the message "The performance is ticketed and cannot be deleted."
Perhaps this is all expected, and I just need to remember to reprint the composite ticket afterwards to remove the listing of the released performance.
The last mystery is the composite ticket check digit -- I tried using it when returning the released performance, but it did not accept. Am I supposed to have a check digit for EACH perf on the composite ticket? Right now there is only one, set to ordinal 0.
