I have not had to do a subscription roll over. I was from a Museum background with Tessitura. We at the Phoenix Symphony currently are thinking of going with HTML seating in TNEW for all venues. We have thought to rebuild each venue so we know they are built correctly and updated but will that affect rollovers since there will be different facility id's.
There are some errors in current maps and part of me wants to start fresh but if going back and correcting existing venue issues will help season roll over that is something to consider. Anyone had to do this before?
