Batch Print out of Alpha Order

Hi there,

Box Office employees have recently reported seeing tickets print in non-alpha order during Batch Print, even when alphabetized beforehand.  

Apparently, when the names are in alpha order in the Batch Print screen, but when they print, there is lots of weird, seemingly sporatic ordering - such as, for two letters of the alphabet, names will alternate "Baker", "Caballero", "Brown", "Chandler", and so forth -- and then the rest of the batch will be fine.

They report this is happening with approximately one-third of batch prints, and that it is not isolated to a particular season or type of ticket order. 

Has anyone seen this before??
