By any chance, has anyone ever processed a Seat Cancellation for sub packages? We had some packages recently that were accidentally built as sub packages, and it's unfortunately become a bit of a mess. When trying to run the Seat Cancellation process, they did not show up as an option to select, and I think it's because they were built as a sub package.
Alternatively, does anyone know any other way to undo a roll beside a Seat Cancellation? We're trying to avoid having to delete the line items in each new order by hand, which we believe we need to do in order to roll the correctly built packages.

Just a thought -- is your "Not an option to select" in the Seat Cancellation Utility parameters? You need to generate a cancellation set from a module under Season Manager. You can also run the cancellation from there -- you don't have to go into reports and utilities at all.
I'd suggest doing this in TEST before running in live.
Thanks for your thoughts, Nick. It's actually when setting up the seat cancellation set that we are unable to see any sub packages as an option, not when in the Seat Cancellation Utility.
We've come up with a band-aid to fix the root problem we ran into that doesn't seem to add any more work than what we were planning to do, without having to run a seat cancellation. We definitely plan to check everything in TEST first.
