Hello all -
I have a senior staff member who does not like the gift certificates that print out of Tessitura on ticket stock - they're not nearly flashy or exciting enough. On our website (http://www.firststage.org/Tickets--Offers1/Gift-Certificates) we have a way for patrons to print their own gift certificates using templates that we've supplied. Does anyone know if there is a way for the client to do something like that? Or does anyone have experience doing printed g/c's that are not on ticket stock?
Thanks!

Ooooh I'd be interested in hearing about this too. We're the same re online gift certs!
I made a custom SSRS report that generates output which our Box Office can either send to a color printer, or print to a PDF (which we then e-mail for manual "PAH" GCs), for non-ticket-stock, color gift certificates.
If interested, please send me an e-mail offline and I can elaborate further.
We still print on ticket stock but that is placed in a gift card with the TO: and FROM: fields on the left. The ticket stock gift certificate is placed in some cutouts on the right in the gift card then placed in a shimmery card envelope. It's an easy, uncomplicated way of dressing up the ticket stock.
Let me know if you want to see what it looks like for curiosity sake.

I’m thinking you’d have to work with your local DBM/DBA to set up a form as directed on the network website here.

Chris …
Our current gift certificate process isn’t very functional.
I’d be grateful for any info.
