Mult allocation maps for same perf

How can you set up 2 allocation maps for same performance?  I would like SchoolA to use a promo code to buy group tickets online with a promo code and allocated seats going to MOS1.  SchoolB will have a different promo code, switching to MOS2 to get different allocated seats.

When I go to apply the second map it overrides the first one and deletes the old allocation. And we don't use ranking.

Thanks for your help!

  • Hi Shelley,

If you have 2 MOS why not use 2 allocation codes and set the permissions respectively (MOS1 can access Allocation1 but not Allocation2; MOS2 can access Allocation2 but not Allocation1)?  They can be applied in the same map.

    Cheers,

    Kevin

  • I didn’t realize multiple allocation codes could go on the same map.  I did that but now I’m getting an error on the website for the MOS2 folks. I’m going to submit a help ticket.  Thanks for the helpful direction.
