All,
Does anyone know of an existing (standard or shared) report that meets these requirements. A report that could then be setup in the report server to send out the results via email.
“There are visiting companies that routinely ask for ticket counts for their shows. If they do not receive any royalty payments from the engagement, we do not share dollar amounts with them. Right now, we log into Tesi, and go day by day and enter the totals into a spreadsheet or email. We were looking for a quicker way to do this, and maybe in the future set it up like some rentals, where they receive a weekly report via email, with the attendance figures. The report is automatic so we don't have to take the time of entering and adding ticket numbers up.”

Could you use the attendance by performance report for this purpose? It might give them more information that you want but it does give you ticket counts without money. It is automatic and can be scheduled.
Just an idea,

Hi Tom,
I have a custom report which returns only attendance, would you like it?
