We currently use Print at Home tickets for performances. All works great.
We would like to expand this to do Print at Home Gift Certificates. Is anybody doing this using the Tessitura PAHT engine and how did you go about setting it up?
We have a generic 'print at home' ticket design specified in TR_PAHT_CONFIGURATION table, and would need a new design for the gift voucher, so not sure how to manage that?
