I have noticed an oddity that is intriquing and wondering what the reason is: i'm looking at two separate ticket orders. Both have the same subscription package - both paid in full and now printed. all the details in the subline items look the same (apart form number of package seats) yet when these ticket orders were printed the tickets printed out in a different order ie. the first ticket and subsequent tickets attached to header were ordered differently. I understood that contiguity in the facility had some thing to do with the order that tickets printed out?? How can the printing order change when the tickets are in performances using the same facility and the same subscription package??
Its not a huge issue, seemingly but if someone could offer an opinion it might be useful.

Hi Darrell,
Were they printed at the same time (in a batch, for example) or at different times? With batch printing it is possible to change the direction of the sequence so perhaps that's what happened for one of the orders.
