Is there a way to change a source code in a ticketing order after you have clicked done?

Thank you!

Yes.  You go into the order through the “Orders” tab in the patron record.  You can change the source, and save it, and you’re good to go from there.

I'm not able to change it from there.  Is there a setting I should change?

In order to use this feature, a User Group must have Edit rights to the Security Object "Const Orders Source" and also must have Security rights to the MOS on the order being updated.

Thank you Bob.  Our IT person just gave me rights to this, but I still can't edit the source code field from a constituent account.  Is there anything else we need to do?

    Thanks!

Have you logged out of Tessitura and back in again since IT gave you rights to the "Const Orders Source" Security Object?

If that is not the problem, I would ask whether you have rights to the MOS assigned to the order you are trying to update.  This would be done in the Security Module by assigning the MOS to your user group.  If the new security object has been added to your user group with Edit rights and if your user group has access to the order's MOS, then the change should be possible.  If you have access to multiple user groups, be sure you are logging into Tessitura in a user group that has been given this security permission and which has access to the order's MOS.
