We use a performance to track the number of ticket subscribers we have. We used to do this by adding what we call the subsid performance to the individuals in a household whereas the ticket history etc is attached to the household - this was a bit cumbersome so with advent of V12 and the recipient role we decided that the subsid performance can be in the same order as the rest of the subscription attached to the household and in the sub line items we now allocate a "subsid" to the individuals in the household by using "recipient" which is far more streamlined. for our newly launched 2015 season we have the first 10 subscribers in our subsid performance. BUT i have a list to generate that should tell me all individuals in the subsid performance but it only gives 7 individuals NOT 10. they all have the necessary ticket / season history. I knew is wasn't working and can see why - and just now the 10th subscriber has been added to the subsid performance - i have manually run the TP_UPDATE_TICKET_HISTORY so that the performance is in her ticket history - re-generated the list and its still only showing 7 individuals and not 10 as it should.
What am I missing???
With further investigation and as new subscribers are being added I have found that the list is ONLY pulling out the ticket history from CONSTITUENT TYPE: HOUSEHOLD and is over looking CONSTITUENT TYPE: INDIVIDUAL.
I can't identify anything coding in the SQL query about constituent type so somewhere, somehow is there an assumption that a file with INDIVIDUAL type would not need or have a recipient?
