I am working on a list to get a number of first time single ticket buyers for our first performance this season. To me it seems that the most accurate way would be to include the criteria "Ticket History Season: Does Not Have" all seasons except for the current one. (in addition to other criteria that narrows it to single tickets and the specific performance)
However, when I generate the contents, I check ticket history and the constituents that have ticket history with the seasons I selected to be suppressed are in there also.
Any advice?
I ended up creating the list a different way that I feel would be less accurate which is by narrowing through account create date for when single tickets went on sale this season. We are in a consortium so there are a number of constituents who are already in our system before this season that purchased tickets for the first time that would not be included this way.
