Hi all. Our Director of Communications would like to know if Print At Home is possible after the tickets have been purchased with another delivery method. In other words, we are ready to go live with TPAHTS now, though we've already sold a number of subscriptions this year with delivery method "Will Call". Is there a way to send them their tickets for PAH now after their initial purchase? Thank you.
I have without a problem, printed tickets, then reopened the order, changed the delivery method to PAH.

If the tickets were never printed then you can change the Delivery Method and deploy as PAH.
