We have a situation where a customer neglected to use a code and didn't get his discount. The associate charged him for tickets at the correct price but then neglected to return the original tickets and he has now been charged twice! The show is closed in Tessitura.
Is there anyway to return these tickets leaving the show with the right revenue and the customer getting his money back?
