Hi all!
We are building a flex package online where we have one dummy performance and multiple "tickets" within this performance that they can then redeem for shows (so set up like a fixed package). We would like the MINIMUM to be 4 "tickets", but no maximum. So far I've found info on setting max limits, but not starting the number of tickets at a certain number? Any ideas?
Would appreciate any input!

As far as I know, you cannot set minimum limits, only maximum ones. We do a number of "Buy a certain number of tickets and get a discount/Buy one get one free" offers and we always have trouble policing our web orders to make sure they don't buy less than our stated offer online. We would love to introduce minimum limits as well so I'm curious if anyone else has any thoughts.
We don't do subscriptions or "packages" AND what I'm about to say isn't that helpful right now... but with the introduction of Pricing Rules in the near future it looks like we'll be able to set minimum ticket purchases to trigger discounts/BOGOFs etc as we have struggled in the same way with things like Family Tickets etc.
