Hoping for some help - during a batch ticket print, Tessi crashed and now we are unable to close/hold/post the batch and get the message that shaded orders are locked for printing. We really need to print these orders before the show on Sunday! Thanks!
I know your show has already passed but I wanted to say that this occasionally happens to us as well - most often when we're printing a post batch. We have to refer it to our DBA to sort out.
Not very helpful but a show of solidarity more than anything! Hope you got yours sorted before your show was on. We had to do a paper ticket/walk in workarounds once when our DBA was not around.
