So, I had box office associate trying to do a performance exchange accidentally return the base seats in that facility for the subscriber. Sadly her other tickets have been printed and mailed to her, so we can't just return the whole package and reseat her. Any ideas on how to add base seats back in to a package where they've been returned? Or some other workaround? Sigh...Thanks!!
