We're looking to expand our use of SMS for Customer Service notifications, and also for seeking feedback from certain segments (young audiences).
The SMS software we're currently using is not Tessitura integrated, and data acquisition requires a lot of manual formatting, wondering if anyone is using a Tess integrated SMS provider, custom Utilities, or Service Interceptors for similar tasks?
