Hi Tessiturians,
Any thoughts and suggestions are welcomed - I am still learning all the ins and outs of reports/tickets/databases in Tessitura. :)
We have a unique situation in that every night of a performance, we pull a list/report of donors who give above a certain amount, and who also have tickets that same night, to invite them to use our special lounge. One of our Patrons donates well above this amount, but her daughter (who is not a donor) buys their season tickets. When our Development department does the list extraction (and we in the ticket office subsequently run the Performance Seat Book report using their list), this Patron does not show up. Short of having to manually write her name on our nightly lists, are there any suggestions out there on how to have this Patron (and not her daughter) show up on this report? Is there an aspect of the extraction that can be manipulated? Or do we have to merge household accounts - even if they live at separate addresses?
Thank you for any and all help!
Best,
Beth Moore Jones
Are you on v12? What if you assign the donor mother as the recipient on the order then pull the extraction looking for Recipient status? I haven’t done that yet but it seems like it could work.

HI Shelley,
Thank you for your input! We are not on version 12 yet... still on version11.4 waiting for the 12.5 upgrade. Can your suggestion still apply to this version?
Thanks again!
