I am trying to do some work into making our packages much simpler. If a customer wishes to exchange their tickets, currently we have to rebook the whole package otherwise it will affect our reporting.
I would like to be able to click the seats on the seat map in a ticketed order, use the flexible package settings, then reselect seats on an alternative date. However at the present moment its not possible to unclick seats that are ticketed (we just get a popup that says 'That Seat is Ticketed'.) Is there a way this can be changed, is it a security setting? Or is this hard coded into Tessitura and cannot be changed?
