Hello Tessiturians:
We're doing packages for the first time this season and running into a return / exchange issue that I'm not able to find documentation for.
When an associate goes to delete a line item and release the seat on a reserved unpaid flex package (wrong show was chosen) they get the message "the number of seats in the package does not match" and the entire order ends up being deleted. They're not able to exchange because the tickets require printing and we can't print because the order is unpaid. I’m not seeing a process for returns in the documentation. Because it’s flex there is not composite or base map.
What am I missing?

You’ll need to adjust using the Flex button on the Seat Map tab. The button pulls up the show selection screen and you can click on to add or click off to remove shows.

I also forgot to say that if you only need to move seats around, click on the Perf List tab (next to the Housemap tab) to select the show you want to change and it will take you to the seat map for that event.
