Unpaid # of Tickets Report - not Single Sale Order Listing

Hi everyone:

My marketing department is asking for a report of outstanding tickets for each show that have not been seated. We're in the midst of sub renewals and I have no idea the actual # of tickets, only the dollar amounts.

Any ideas?

Thanks much!

  • You could try running a performance seating book. It would take some time to generate the reports for every show, but you can see unseated, seated, and ticketed in that report. You could also go to the order search screen. I would select all MOS that would have a ticket sale and select the radio dial for performance date (putting in a period of time that would cover all performances). You can then select the no option for seated and all orders that are not seated will be pulled. I use this A LOT to check to see if all my orders have been seated (especially for parking). What I really like about this is I can open each order from the screen, seat as needed and then save that order and/or print tickets. You then do a control + O, you are brought back to the order screen with your search saved. The kicker to this, if you close the actual order screen, you will have to do the search all over again.
