Report for Last Performance Attended

There was a great session at the conference on Building Custom Output Sets.  It addressed this specifically so I’d check out that presentation on the website.

I'm hoping someone in Tessituraland has the answer for this.  I've been asked to pull all STBs identified by their last performance attended, including their full address, phone and emial addresses.  I don't see a way to do this.

Any ideas / suggestions?
