Cannot seat new packages

Are you using a new mode of sale? If so, you have to make sure that all allocations associated with the facility being used are also associated with that MOS.

Hello - I have just finished creating a new season and am unable to seat package line items.

• When using 'best seat', the error message received is: “Seat Reservation Failed: Could not find seats for specified criteria”
• When manually seating, the error message received is: “Error in uf_allot_satno_to_sli. Seat Details not retrieved properly.”

Strangely however, I am able to seat and sell the contents (performances) of that package without a problem. Being able to do this indicates that at the performance level:

• 1) price types are valid
• 2) MOS is valid
• 3) facility is valid

I have verified the package setup to make sure the appropriate price types & MOS are included and valid (which shouldn't be necessary to do anyway considering the error is seating related). 

I have also run the following scripts just to be safe:

• exec UP_POPULATE_TX_PERF_SEAT @season = 58
• exec UP_UPDATE_ZONE_NO @season = 58
• exec UP_UPDATE_LOGICAL_NOS @season = 58
• exec UP_REBUILD_ALL_BSMAPS
• exec UP_UPDATE_COMP_MAPS @season = 58
•  
• exec TP_CHECK_SEAT_STATUS @season = 58, @fix_problems = 'Y'
• exec TP_CHECK_BASE_STATUS @season = 58, @fix_problems = 'Y'

 I took a gander in tx_perf_seat to ensure seats exist in this table for said packages and they do indeed.

I am at a loss as to why I can seat and sell all performances individually but not a package of the same contents.
