Good afternoon,
Quick questions about ADA Seats and Variable Demand Pricing.
As I understand it venues cannot charge higher prices for accessible seats than for non-accessible seats in the same seating location. However, if a venue/presenter were to raise the prices of all available seats remaining in the vicinity of their ADA locations, could they in turn raise the price of the accessible seats as well?
My struggle here is that most of the seats in and around our accessible seats have sold at PL2 and they're looking to re-zone the remaining seats in the area to PL1. As long as I stay within the number of accessible seats that should be available per price zone can I re-zone the correlating number of accessible seats from PL2 to PL1 as well?
As always, your insight and feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!Short
