Is it possible to sell a flex package over multiple facilities? How do we do that?

Where are you getting held up?
When creating your performance groups, you can cross seasons by checking "Filter By Business Unit Only" at the bottom of the window. You still need to assign the perf group to a season, but the contents can span seasons. You can span facilities just by not selecting a facility in the dropdown at the top of the screen.
Same idea on the package configuration screen -- just leave the facility dropdown blank.
