Hi Everyone,
I am wondering if anyone has a done a CSI push to a large group of ticket holders for NSCAN messaging. We are looking to give a subscriber gift at scan-in to the theater and I would like the CSI message to appear on the scanner. Is this something that can be done on the front end or would we need back end help with this?

There is not a native front-end utility to create CSIs en masse. However, there is a shared report in TASK (solution #324 in the Shared Reports workspace, originally posted by the McCarter Theatre) that addresses this.
