Is there a fast easy report to run that lists patrons in an event that paid with a specific MOP? I am trying to find one account out of several that was processed with an incorrect MOP.

While you can’t filter specifically by Payment Method, the Performance Transaction Detail report will show constituent/transaction level detail, including Payment Method. You could export this or use the Find tool within the report directly.
