Rollovers in same order

Hi everyone!

I'm testing our first ever rollovers and I'm having problems rolling over 3 fixed packages into the same order. They keep rolling over into new orders rather than additional line items.

As per documentation the 'Orders Create After' Date is set to the previous day for each new package.

Pkg A = 1 Oct

Pkg B = 30 Sept

Pkg C = 29 Sept

I've then run the report in the order of A, B , C. I've tried the opposite -

Pkg A = 1 Oct, Pkg B = 2 Oct, Pkg C = 3 Oct

Run in order A, B, C and the same thing happens.

Order = Blank, and Hold until = Blank. Each package can access the same MOS.

Appreciate any tips please!

Cheers

Ina

    Hi Ina,

We set ours for all the same date for example if I was doing rollovers today I’d set them all to be the day prior to today

    Pkg A = 11 Sep

    Pkg B = 11 Sep

    Pkg C = 11 Sep
