We recently went live with Elements and noticed a glaring problem. Due to First Data reqs, the end of the day has to be set at 10 minute intervals, but not at midnight. So we had web orders done at seconds after midnight that were in the Elements report but not in the Tessi posting report as those orders were considered as done on the following day. Has anyone else had this problem?
