Hello Tessiturians,
We are partnering with the WW1 National Museum as part of our production of the opera Silent Night. We are offering a museum admission package where the patron can buy a ticket to our show and get one free entry into the museum. I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to create a voucher that would print, that is separate from their performance ticket to be used for entry into the museum. The voucher will not have an actual value so it would be more like a comp ticket. We want this to be able to be purchased online as well and we are on the current version of TNEW. Please feel free to ask me more questions and I will do my best to answer them.
Help me Tessiturians. You're my only hope.
Best,
Christopher Cuhel, Lyric Opera of Kansas City
Hi Chris,
Throwing out ideas here: does this voucher have to be built/stored/printed off from Tessitura? Is this an opportunity for your marketing department to create especially designed "vouchers" for this particular event?
If this is not possible, then you could build a GA house event, seat people with these vouchers as comps, design a special ticket within Tessitura for this event, and sell it online in your AUX packages. Does this make sense?
Good luck!
