Nothing specific. This is our first season roll-over in Tess since our implementation last year. The employee who did the setup left shortly after implementation and we have been in survival mode ever since. I'm not really sure what to expect.

I would love that as well. I've recently jumped back into subscriptions/ticketing after a somewhat lengthy absence and am trying to get my brain back into that mode.
