We are using the auxillary page to sell conference registrations. Along with payment we are also asking specific questions for them to complete prior to registering. This information is then going to a CSI which is great!
The challenge we are having is when we save the Customer Service Issue Tracking report to excel we get the data from the questions dumped in to one cell. I have tried the 'Text to Columns' feature in Excel but it doesn't do what I need.
Has anyone come across this? Does anyone have any solutions?

Did you ever find a solution for this? I just stumbled upon this problem myself, and I'm hoping someone figured this out.
