We have a Price zone that is not being used for a production and no seats are assigned to this zone. Is there anyway to hide it, particularly online? It is confusing patrons. It just says SOLD OUT for that zone.

Hi Janna,
When you look at the performance map, are any seats associated to this zone? If so, you will need to go to Season Maintenance and change those seats to an active zone.
If there aren't any seats associated to that zone, you can go to Facility Manager and disable the price zone in all valid price maps as long as they aren't being utilized for other performances.
