Help with applying Hold Maps

I have created a temporary hold map for the Yale Cabaret, but am having trouble making it apply to all of the selected performances. It will only let me apply one by one.

    When you are in the Hold Code Map  and click on Perf List do you have All Performances at the top highlighted?
