N-Scan Email Notifications

I am trying to set up an email notification, but when I go to add the N-Scan Monitor Individual attribute it is not there. I am trying to add it to a corporate constituent, does that matter? I am able to add it to a household account just not a corporate.

  • Hi Phillip,

Have you checked TX_KEYWORD_CUST_TYPE to make sure that the keyword_no N-Scan Monitor Individual is associated with the Cust Type of Corporate?

  • Sounds like you need to add a record to the TX_KEYWORD_CUST_TYPE system table that links the NSCAN Monitor Individual keyword to the Corporation Cust Type.

  • Phillip –

Check the values in your TX_KEYWORD_CUST_TYPE system table. Initial setup of the N-Scan attributes assigns them only to household and individual constituents, but you can add rows here (just as with any attribute) to allow their use with any kind of constituent record.

Thank you all for your input. That was my issue.
