Inactive Source Codes

For the past two weeks or so, I have come in to work every morning and some, if not all, of our source codes are marked inactive. At first I thought someone must have been doing something and accidentally checked the inactive box. At this point, it has happened so consistently and I've spoken to pretty much everyone in my organization so, I'm pretty confident no one is physically changing them on accident or otherwise.  

All of the source codes are set up properly, I've triple checked the dates, etc. Has anyone else had this problem? We use a lot of promo codes so not having active sources is really impeding the purchase path for our patrons.
