Assigning Source Codes to offers

Hey all-

So I have an existing source code, but can't figure out how to assign it to the specifics "offers" for my web mode of sale. Any help? Also, I'd like the source code to unlock a new discounted price type. Any and all help would be much appreciate. We're on v11.

Thank you!

  • Hi Ryan,

    Assign the pricetype to MOS.

In systems table tie the source code to the MOS and the promo code (you can use the source code as the promo code)

Then in your performances under the MOS tab, use the offers chiclet to tie pricetype, source code together in the specific MOS.

In orders window, put in the source code first to bring up the specific pricetype. On web, the promo code will unlock the specific price type for that show.

Happy to go over with this you if you like via phone call, my contact details below.
